Where are the origins of your items?

All of our items are handmade in Indonesia, China and Australia.

Where do you located?

Currently, we are located in Jakarta, Indonesia due to a design project. We spend approximately 6 months in Melbourne, Australia every year. 

What kind of goods do you sell?

We sell home decor items, paper goods and watches. Our home decor category comprises a selection of gold foil cushions and brass glass box. Our paper goods are mostly gold foil wall art.

Can I visit your store?

You may visit us at TERTIER Home + Lifestyle store in Ruko Garden House Blok B no 17-18A, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. Otherwise, you may also shop online from the comfort of your couch. We take orders via the web store, email, Instagram, eBay and ETSY. Chances are we’ve already got you covered!

How do I shop online?

We’ve made the effort of making everything as straightforward as possible. You start with browsing the store, adding the items of your choice to the shopping cart, checking out your order by filling in your contact and address details, and paying for your order. Once your payment is cleared, we will deliver your order to your shipping address.

Do I have to sign up prior to ordering?

Yes. We strongly recommend that you sign up for an account so we can keep records of your contact and address details. Placing a subsequent order will be a breeze as all the bits and pieces about your and your address are already available the moment you sign back in.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers to our BCA bank accounts for Indonesian based buyers as well as PayPal payments for International buyers.  Please contact us if you are Indonesian based buyer and would pay via Bank Transfer. In-store, we accept cash as well as all major credit cards and debit cards.

How long should I expect to wait to receive my order?

Once your payment is cleared, your order will be shipped out within the estimated dispatch time. Within Indonesia will be up to 7 days. International shipping will be 14 - 21 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do international shipping to all country. Please contact us for more international shipping information if your country is not on the list.

What if the item arrives damaged?

Please email us and if possible, please include photos of the damage. Once we have confirmed your eligibility for return or exchange, we will explain the return and exchange procedure including the postal address where you can send the products to.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated (at a reasonable rate) per order depending on the number of items and destination.
